In order to change your life you need to change your belief, whether it's your self-belief your belief about money, relationships or danger within your present environment, it all stems from your subconscious mind programming. Our main subconscious programming begins early on in life, from birth to 7 years old, or as a result of some form of Trauma at any point in our lives. These programs become set as our belief patterns, or hardware and can become very hard to change on a conscious level. These programs or patterns act as a firewall to make sense of future experiences and decide whether you show up happy, scared, angry or calm.
We are born knowing we are lovable and clever, and yet, as we grow we are often judged by our parents, teachers, bullies at school, friends or carers, which makes us doubt ourselves, our value and our worth. If we are constantly put down by others we lose our confidence and therefore also lack the motivation or become fearful to try anything new, leaving us feeling numb and living life day to day just getting by. If we have experienced Trauma then the Subconscious mind may go into 'Hyper alert' mode, judging every day occurrences as dangerous and putting your body into fight flight or freeze.

So how can I help you?
There are 3 ways to change your subconscious programming:
1. Trauma or situations where you feel powerless or unsafe - trauma creates an instant imprint in your subconscious causing your body to go into fight, flight, or freeze when a similar situation occurs.
2. Hypnotherapy/Trance NLP, (Neural Linguistic Programming) CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)- the subconscious mind is susceptible to suggestion when your brain waves are in a trance-like state (similar to day dreaming).
3. Repetition - which is how you learn to drive a car or ride a bike without even thinking about it. Your body just knows how to react as soon as you get behind the wheel.

Since the release of “The Secret,” people all over the world have been led to believe it was easy to manifest the perfect life. But if it’s so easy, why isn’t everybody doing it?
You can say affirmations to yourself everyday like “I am successful” or “I have a loving relationship.” But if your unconscious mind believes “I don’t deserve to be successful, I haven’t been in the past so why should I be now” or “I’m not enough, there isn’t a perfect partner out there for me”, then that will be your reality.
No matter how many times you recite a positive affirmation out loud, your life won’t change in the slightest way unless you really believe it. And in order for that to happen, you have to convince your unconscious mind. That’s where Rapid Transformational Hypnosis (RTH) comes in.
Unlike manifesting, it allows you to shut out the everyday world and focus inward. It lets you take time out of your daily routine to get in touch with your unconscious self and give it new instructions. It creates NEW neuro- pathways in the brain just like a new skill that becomes automatic.

Those limiting beliefs aren’t going to go away just because you want them to. Your subconscious mind remembers everything from the day you were in the womb to the present day and protects you according to your past experiences.
