Improve self confidence and self love. Find a comfortable position where you will not be disturbed, use headphones for best results and just listen and relax. Use daily for a minimum of 28 days and then once a week for maintenance. DO NOT listen whilst driving or doing something else that requires your full attention.
Add a diary or write down Affirmations to recite throughout the day. Do not worry if you encounter resistance or your mind denying the words you are hearing as this is perfectly normal. Just quetly say under your breath "Delete'. If you keep deleting the negative thoughts and listening to and saying the positive ones, then your thoughts, actions and reality will change. Enjoy.
