My Client Brian ticked all of the boxes above.
Brian came to me as a last resort. He had lost interest in his job, his wife was threatening to leave him and he was losing his temper over the slightest things. He felt miserable most of the time and didn’t want to go anywhere or see anyone.
I explained to Brian that his mind and body had put him in freeze and overwhelm, a classic subconscious shut down response. Although Brian couldn’t piece together any particular thing which had caused his decline after a few sessions of deep hypnosis his subconscious revealed past trauma and the parts of his subconscious that were trying to protect him from further Trauma by shutting his mind and body down. Brians subconscious took him back to times in the past where his body had reeled back in shock so he could understand where the subconscious fears were rooted, as his body was in a hypnotic relaxed state so he was calm and yet fully aware. During his sessions he was able to change his response and over the following weeks he soon returned to his happy, energised motivated self. His wife was thrilled and his relationship with his family, friends and work colleagues soon improved.
