Research shows that selfHypnosis/meditation changes your brain

There have been numerous studies that have shown the changes in the brain after practicing self hypnosis or meditation. In this video below the research shows changes in stress levels and empathy. Having experienced these changes myself I feel this should be offered to more people especially those prone to dark moods, depression or general unhappiness. As the law of attraction says 'your thoughts are what you create'. If you are struggling to keep a positive outlook on life give it a go.
